Nice accomodation

Attended for a night for a business trip.
Clean and modern accommodation with friendly staff.

Family trips

The room facility is ok the king room link to queen room is big enough for my family, but the king room door lock can not be lock when link to the queen room, should be more privacy keep on king room.
The Parking is easy for in and out, parking charge is reasonable, just want to improve the breakfast choice and housekeeping service

Great place to stay of have an event

Cannot speak highly enough of the service, facilities, attention to detail and "can do" attitude.
We conducted a 2 day event at the Hyatt Essendon Fields, which included transfers, rooms, parking, meals and event space.
Special thanks to Giovanni, Matthew and Baz for the way in which we were supported and looked after.
More than happy to recommend the Hyatt for an event or just a stay.

Review for Giovanni Faltoni of Services and Events at Hyatt Essendon Fields

I just want to write a review for Giovanni Faltoni, who is part of the Services and Events team at Hyatt Essendon Fields. I first met Giovanni a few months back when attending the monthly networking event at the Hyatt, and I am very impressed by his exceptional customer service, great manners, warmth, and overall welcoming personality, which always makes my experience at Essendon Fields such a delight. I just know it would do the same for others too who encounter Giovanni, even if they haven't left a review for him, as not everyone gives reviews.
Giovanni is a real asset to your team and the Hyatt brand, so he should be appreciated and endorsed for the work he does. Hospitality and even other industries need great team members like him who create amazing experiences and so represent a brand in the best possible way. I look forward to attending more networking events at the Hyatt, and I know, along with others, I will be welcomed by Giovanni with a big smile and welcoming personality.
