Four nights stay.
My Husband and I went for the Australian open we stayed four nights and it was a nice cozy hotel . We like the fact that it was to far from the arenas just a short tramp ride away. It also had a lot of nice seat outs within and outside the hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice, helpful with information. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast spread it was a short stay cos we also wanted to experience the CBD( central business district) we stayed four nights and enjoyed it. Thanks to the staff that made us feel at home. We look forward to visiting again soon and for a longer stay.

Don't go on the weekend
Platinum Westin member and just spent the weekend at Elements in Richmond. Room was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately the hotel seems to go asleep on the weekend and no sweeping the floors, minimal room cleaning with no replenishment of lotions, etc. The hallway had bits of dog feces that stayed there from Friday until Monday morning. The breakfast was minimal with very limited choices. The coffee maker was set to fill cups over flowing and I entertained myself watching people wiping the floor while carrying overflowing cups. Silverware was taken away but not replaced and dead plants were in the corners. On Monday morning the selection of food increased and was reasonable for the Chinese tour groups (fine for me since I enjoy Chinese cuisine). All in all, not a Westin experience.

A very nice staycation place rooting for wellness energy in the heart of Richmond area
A very nice staycation place rooting for wellness energy in the heart of Richmond area with affordable room rate plus heavenly bed sensation, restore floor at level 5 for wellness enthusiast, quiet and zen surroundings but still nearby Melbourne CBD accessible by tram route 70, nice food and beverages from Mint Lane Restaurant and aesthetic library architecture. Thank you so much Ms. Celestine for efficient check in process and warm welcome, Mr. Kenula from Mint Lane Restaurant for great services, and to all Element by Westin Richmond staffs for great services and hospitality.
