They didn’t have time to clean our room but came and offered towels . Breakfast didn’t have many options but was great and always filled up fresh

no staff picked up guest service call. Pool supposed for adult only 8pm to 10pm. I went @8.45pm and kids still at the pool.

Check in was a bit shambolic after a long flight. It was eventually resolved to our satisfaction.
Breakfast started badly with ice cold plates and our order of poached eggs was somehow misconstrued and unfulfilled. All other items were of high-quality and standard.
We will probably return in the expectation of better service

I had a wonderful stay at Dorsett Hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the comfort of the room. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dorsett Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you

The check-in lady staff on the evening of 28th June 2026 is not bothered with my request to inform the manager at all after they failed to honour their promise of a red wine bottle for booking a stay with them. The lady only mentioned that they have stopped giving this, but upon insisting, she got me a sparkling wine, but I told her that I want a feedback from the manager.
After settling in the room, I came back down to go our for dinner and saw the manager there and asked him some questions. I did not have time to enquire about the wine, but she saw me and looks worried after glancing back to the manager.
I came back to the hotel after dinner and I realised she still didn't notify the manager about my request. This time I spoke to the manager again and he took a long time trying to figure out a replacement. In the end, the manager Hanks managed to offer me a buffet breakfast which I accepted, which is better than just a glass of wine offered earlier. I appreciated his effort in doing so.
In the room, laundry bags and water bottles are also missing although also stated on their welcome form that they will be included in the room. Tried calling but nobody answered from the reception. I went down and got the manager's attention again and gave my feedback.
Only after this did that same lady called to apologise that she missed my call. If I didn't say anything, she would happily just ignore me for the rest of my stay here. I am not happy with her service at all.
