Great location close to all amenities and really reasonable parking rates. Room is pretty tired with carpets and bathroom but overall a good room.

AC worked great on a hot day and dogs can stay for free.

Terrible.

We had a booking in May 2025 for a Saturday night. Arrived after reception had closed, so picked up the keys from next door (Best Western I think it was).
Got up to room and it had not been cleaned from previous people. When I rang the after hours number, was told there was nothing they could do, and they would refund the money. Not helpful when it was 6pm on a Saturday night. And to top it all off we had to pay to get out of the carpark- which I was told I would be refunded for, but that has not happened.

Perfect location close to city and nice large appartment. Cleaning and condition was not the best. Friendly staff, but not easy to get small things like changed lightbulbs fixed. For a 4 night stay, 2 dishwasher tablets were provided, and short opening hours of reception made it unptactical to get more. Big + that they have parking garage!

Really nice manager, apartment was grimy and yuck! Only good for boys weekends where you won't notice anything.

Dirty, not just the floors (carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for some time, rubbish under the coffee table, pubic hair on the toilet floor!), but grimy skirting-boards, walls, doorways, cupboards.
Sheets clean and bathroom clean so that was a relief.
Great location, and we can handle "well used facilities", but it was yucky.
My wife would only sit on the edge of the couch for a while when we came home from dinner, other than that she didn't want to be in there.
Not being too fussy here - can handle old, daggy, especially given the great location, but overall it was unclean.
The manager was really nice so hats off to him.
