Excellent
Would certainly stay here again if we come back to Melbourne. Got a room with an amazing view looking over the yarra river.
Watched a lovely water display each night.
Our room was actually a suite with everything you need including a washer/dryer.
Comfy bed, lounge, kitchen. Very spacious.
Breakfast was very nice with an egg station, greeted every morning with lovely people. Definitely stay here again.

Always stay here when in Melbourne. Staff professional, friendly and very welcoming. Exceptionally high standard of Cleaning of Apartments.

Our first time staying in this Hotel & we will definitely be returning. We loved the extremely clean, spacious, well equipped room, friendly staff & great location. Having a balcony & wonderful view of the river & city lights was an added bonus as was the restaurant. A lovely comfortable & convenient place to stay!

Anything positive would be Neil when checking in.
If you are looking for comfort, basic amenities, or decent customer service, stay far away from this hotel.
Air Conditioning: Completely broken. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service desk, the woman staff member actually tried to argue with me and claimed I was wrong, turning a simple maintenance issue into an unnecessary argument. Overall attitude was disgusting. She needs to be fired.
Amenities: Non-existent. There is no restaurant, and when I simply asked for ice, they couldn't even provide that.
Bathroom: An absolute joke—easily the worst bathroom I have ever seen in my life.
The only positive thing about this property is its location, but that is nowhere near enough to make up for the terrible conditions and rude service. I would never stay here again.

The stay was very pleasant. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was lovely.
The toilet seat was misaligned to the toilet and bathroom door had water damage to it but other than that it was very clean and the room had a great view.
Will definitely stay here again.
