Comfort and Value for money
room are very Comfort, staffs are very supportive, room are clean and well maintained, Value for money

Most accomodating staff, convenience to shops, clean and welcoming.
All team members from both Quest on Playfield and Thomas Street were very accommodating. Staff went above and beyond to assist us with requests, room was attended to daily.

Good Location, Poor Guest Experience
The service simply did not match what was promised. Commitments made at the time of booking were not honoured, there was no flexibility despite our circumstances, and the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with hair left in the bed linen from previous guests. A very disappointing experience.

The room was nice and was spacious for a one bedroom.
On arrival, there was no hot water.
I informed reception and was told that the mains water had been turned off by the council and the water would be hot later in the evening. This did not happen and the following morning there was still no hot water.
I understand that something like this may be beyond your control, but as someone who works in hospitality, I can see that you don’t have a procedure in place for unplanned events. I’m not impressed as I’d travelled for 11 hours and couldn’t have a hot shower either in the evening or following morning.
For the price charged per night it’s not unreasonable to expect this.
