Good location, fantastic staff, great value

6 of us (three parents and three Year 12 students) stayed in the 3BR apartment for one night earlier this week to attend a function.
The staff were across the board excellent, particularly in helping answer questions prior to our booking and ensuring everything was just right with the booking (car park reservations, we paid for late check out, the way we needed the beds configured - which changed last minute! - etc.)
The 3BR apartment is a studio joined via a common entry with a 2BR/1 bathroom apartment, and worked well for our needs. Excellent value as well.
It was a great location for where we needed to be on the night, we did drive so I cannot speak to public transport accessability.
We also ordered dinner online from the Thai restaurant immediately downstairs, which was very tasty and from memory was 20% off online as it was our first order.
There are a few breakfast//coffee options within walking distance - Rise is the closest - which is a good location, the food is decent but not amazing for the price. I walked into the back streets of Albion - less scenic - but better value!
Unfortunately there were a few maintenance type issues in the 20 or so hours we were there - the plumbing was being worked on the afternoon we checked in, and then there was a false fire alarm the following morning, which wasn't ideal on a public holiday after we had been out the night before! There was good communication and the staff handled it as well as possible.

Clean , quiet and organised with close proximity to restaurants/ meals and perfect low effort stay for work that was decent value for money

Customer service is outstanding by Mike and Skye

Mike and skye, go out of their way to make you feel at home when you are are away from home. They ensure your room, parking and stay including Checkin make you want to come back. Their hospitality is second to none. They are an asset to the hotel and the main reason I return and stay for weeks at a time. Please pass on my thanks to them. Regards Anita
