Great location, new, clean and cheap!
Talking to the owner, this place only opened up a couple of weeks ago. I stayed at a dorm of 6 in a room, the beds are fairly comfy, it has curtains for privacy, and small locker for your valuables. The best bits:
1) Rooftop view – great if you want to just chill and catch up on some emails, read etc etc
2) The showers/toilets – spacious, I can hang my clothes and still have space inside the cubical. The fittings are all new, and the hair dryer (as I’ve got long hair) is way better than the ones you get in the older hostels in the old quarter
3) Location – it’s on Ma May st, so it’s located in the main backpacker district, but it’s not that noisy
4) Free beer downstairs – happy hour for guests, not sure how long this will last but pretty cool
5) The staff – help, friendly and they do their best to accommodate you. Be mindful it’s just opened, so they might be some minor growing miscommunication, but I’m sure they’ll iron that out fairly quickly.
Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay. Get in while it’s still new. A game changer in the established old quarter of Hanoi.

A true gem in a great location.
At the moment it is brand new so theres a good chance it'll be quiet, which I prefer - however, you can literally walk 20 meters outside of the hostet and get as much drunken, fruit- shirt wearing, backpacker actions as your heart desires.
While I was there they have an hour all you can drink Beer Hanoi bottles every night. Not the 'fresh' beer from the keg.. but actual bottles. If you're in the area and don't stay here you're totally dropping the ball.
