Comfortable and Clean Room
The front desk service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Yen, who even organised a takeaway breakfast for us when we had to leave early for our Halong Bay tour.
The location is a little further from the main action in the Old Quarter, but this wasn’t a major issue as Grab is readily available and inexpensive.
