Small, but cozy rooms. Perfect for our stay. The staff was plesant, and it was very easy to get around as it was right next to the underground.
Aircon worked almost a bit to much, as the room was very chilli. Nice pub next door and a 24 hour supermarked.

Great for what i needed on a night for work. No windows but I knew that. No tea of coffee in the room which is a set back but manageable.
Air con was great in the London heat and the room was really clean.
I couldn't turn off the ambient lighting so that was a little annoying but would definitely stay again for a budget requirement.

Poor staff attitude, arguing amongst themselves.
The hotel stank, stagnant and rotten sewage smell.
The elevators stinks and doesn’t work well.
The hotel was fairly grubby and wasn’t maintained.
The rates do not match the quality that was provided.

The hotel is about 7-10 mins from Waterloo station platforms. There are a couple of shops nearby and a street full of bars 2mins away. Location is not too bad but the rooms are small and cramped. It was ok for an overnight.

It was fine nothing fancy just somewhere to put are heads down for a sleep the only thing I would say is that all we heard was the tube train going by
