Dirtiest Hotel in London and unhygienic

Dirty like a pig, not well managed.
After booking your don’t get a follow up email or text with check in details if is self check in or assisted checkin. I don’t know why health and safety allows such organisations to operate in such state.

Unfortunately, the PR online is misleading. There is one bathroom for 9 rooms. The bathroom was not clean, the shower was old, rusty door and not sanitary. There were no amenities not even a glass for brushing teeth. The manager seemed surprised by my arrival, they couldn't find the reservation and the room was not ready (I arrived late afternoon 5 PM). It was listed as B & B. There was a bed but not a breakfast. No air conditioning, a broken care in the room and light switch didn't function.

This was, without exaggeration, the most filthy and appalling place I have ever stayed. The entire property smelled horrific. It was dirty, neglected and felt completely unsanitary. There were no sheets or a blanket on the bed, no towels and not even soap. These are not luxuries; they are the most basic necessities anyone should expect when paying for a hotel room.
Even more disturbing was how unsafe the place felt. The locks on the doors were janky and hardly inspired confidence. We weren't the only stranded travelers who had made the mistake of booking here after the airport disruption, and the people we spoke with were equally horrified. We essentially locked ourselves in our rooms for the night, hoping we'd make it through until morning and could get out of there.
I was traveling with my 91-year-old mother and my husband, and both were genuinely afraid to spend the night there. I felt terrible for having brought them into that situation. We were exhausted, stranded and desperate for somewhere to sleep, or we would never have stayed.
Calling this a "hotel" is extraordinarily generous. It was horrifically smelly, lacked the most basic amenities and left us feeling profoundly unsafe. I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Lack of basic items such as a bath towel & bath mat
Bedding wasn't clean, one of the beds mattress was pure springs.
The drinks were good in the bar and staff friendly

Scam hotel avoid at all costs. Arrived to be told hotel was overbooked so we couldn't stay but would be refunded. When I saw it I was glad we were not staying, its a dump! No refund they do not answer the phone to me or Expedia and very frustrating. Never again
