There were cobwebs all around, the property was an old house with single glazed windows, dirty linen and sorry to say very poor hygiene. I went with my family for a holiday experience in Glasgow and was totally let down. The property is not maintained at all.

Stay at your peril !!

This place has 3 stars too many and should be done under the trade descriptions act !! Floors are wonky, linen smelled of smoke, toilets were filthy .most worryingly all room door keys also open the front door !!

Think twice before booking

The hotel is generally the worst I have ever seen. My self and husband booked quickly on another platform and unfortunately did not look at other site reviews. As it was only for one night we where delighted with low price and handy location. The room was awful. Carpet, fixture and fittings all looked like they had been worn out decades ago. The bed sheets, although stained look at least washed. I looked under the sheet and found a lot of black long hair. We turned around and left straight away. Tried to contact owner . No response. My negative review has not been placed, to-date, on booking platform. And it appears to get a surprising amount of good reviews. Please think twice booking this hotel.

Room and property very neglected. Clean but tatty. Comfortable bed. Pleasant guy on reception.

There was issueaar night when i called bell stuff was very unsupportive.
I am requesting one hotel stay back
Room didnt smell fresh too plus other element was poor
I had to await along time also check in
