Room was clean the staff were excellent the breakfast was basic but really good to he bar staff were good and the check in was easy and the staff were very helpful

Friendly staff at check-in. Really nice and clean room. Air conditioning was fully working and kept the room at a suitable temperature to get a good night sleep. No noise from outside even though in the centre of the city and above the train station. Easy parking at the nearby Greenmarket car park, discount on parking when checking out if you validate ticket at the hotel. Will definitely book again when visiting the area.

Very nice stay and the hotel is located very close to the train station and buses. Room was very clean. Lots of restaurants near by.

Great location at the train station, easy walk to so many things in Dundee, and remarkably quiet for such a busy location. Beds were comfortable, and the darkening curtains did their job. Didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but when we did, it was very pleasant and professional. Bathroom was a little small, but perfectly functional, and had really good water pressure in the shower. Would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

All good on arrival with friendly reception desk staff and room being ready early. 12 midday.
Very clean hotel. Despite the location of the railway station there is no noise heard at all.
Room was very clean. Quite spacious although rather short of storage space for clothes
Bathroom is VERY compact, wouldn’t suit any more than two people using the room etc
Decent breakfast choices although when it was busy several things had run out all at the same time.
The two members of staff were working very hard to keep everything replenished and clearing tables
