I picked this hotel due to location and the fact that we were arriving in the evening to Budapest and we wanted an actual person to deal with for check in. 24 hour staff onsite was very much appreciated. There are several cafes and restaurants on the street and more within walking distance. The room was nice clean, modern and spacious (as it is depicted in the photos). Only thing I would say is maybe a few more essentials for the kitchen, like paper towel, a small water jug to put water in to keep in the fridge and a better coffee machine. We had a drip coffee machine that was missing a few parts to properly operate it(again super minor things) Otherwise I would stay there again.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, it was older and more worn off than on pictures (thought the building seems new), maybe due to not maintaining it well, or inconsiderate guests, but some things can be easily fixed, for example a mark on the wall. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious, 2 bathrooms, towels and tolieteries provided.
The location was great too, close to buses that runs directly to many attractions and to train station Keleti.
The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating, the cleaning ladies went above and beyond to help us find stuff we left behind.
Overall, great value for the money.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was in working order. The location was convenient to restaurants and public transportation. There was an unexpected 50 euro charge for taxes. Air-conditioning worked fine.

Check in was easy, had to pay a security deposit (cash or card) which is refunded after your stay. We were on the ground floor. At first couldn’t get door to open as handle was broken, but you have to do an extra turn when you think you’ve finished in order for it to ping open. Very spacious 2 bed 2 bath. General scuffs from wear and tear but was pleasant. We had a small kitchen which had a fridge, microwave, cooker and all utensils. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Fridge was good, didn’t use other appliances in the end. There’s a washing machine in one cupboard too.
Of the two bathrooms one had a bath with shower the other a walk in shower - water supply ok, not the most powerful of showers but not the worst. Beds were large and fairly hard but not uncomfortable for us. Sofa in lounge with tv, dining table and chairs, and outside area also with seating.
Being on ground floor meant we had ants though, not hundreds, but they were about in all of the rooms and bathrooms, so would suggest asking for a higher room. You are given a security code to get in and out of the building off of the main street for security. Left our luggage on last day in the luggage room which was free however any resident could walk in and out, so it’s all left at your own risk, you are not allocated a number to collect. For us wouldn’t stay here again, but ideal for someone who requires two rooms. Air con you have to ask reception to turn on.

Great location, very secure, Host is very responsive. 24 hour front desck attendant Loved this appartment. Would highly recommend.
