A top-notch experience!
The hotel is amazing! Everyone was very attentive and kind! The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable; I loved the glass-walled bathroom, the bathrobe, and the balcony—plus, coffee and water were available in the minibar! The parking was good! The breakfast offered plenty of variety, too! The spa is great, as is the pool; it looks just like the photos, with a view of the city! I did find the sunbathing area a bit small, and we had an issue with the room's air conditioning, though that was likely due to the city's intense heat. I highly recommend it!

Great Hotel But!

I am writing to share my feedback following my recent stay at the INFINITY Budapest Hotel.
On arrival, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I was particularly grateful to the gentleman working the morning shift who allowed me to check in early. Furthermore, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the lack of sound and light insulation in the guest rooms. I was unable to sleep due to extensive noise from the corridor, including footsteps on the hard flooring and sounds from the seating area below.
Upon inspection, I noticed a substantial gap between the bottom of the bedroom door and the floor frame. This gap allowed both the corridor noise and bright morning sunlight (around 4:30 AM) to enter the room directly onto my bed. This hotel has so much potential and is very nice overall, but they desperately need to install corridor carpets and fix the room doors to block out the light and noise.
Additionally, this gap raises concerns regarding whether the doors are properly sealed fire doors.
Because the hotel is otherwise so lovely, I was quite disappointed by these structural issues. Installing carpets in the corridors would greatly reduce the noise level for future guests and also making the door as fire doors. The other issue which is manner however is needed is puting a hook were to hung the towel when having a shouer also i just to say some times I trave with my best friend howere we still respect eachothers privacy the shower room in the room I stayed in had no privacywhatsoever, its cool if you are travellingas couples however for friends and different sex friends it's a no go, no privacy and no dignity whatsoever. I hope you find this feedback constructive for future improvements. I definitely would stay here again if these issues were to be taken care of.

Looks beautiful but in reality very disappointing
I don’t normally put up negative comments however I feel that some points need to be known if you want a certain experience in this hotel. There are other reviews I see that match my points.
First of all the infinity roof top pool and bar. It is beautifully decorated however there is a total of 6 sun beds which are stuck in a corridor between stools for the pool and the glass wall at the restaurant. You feel really uncomfortable there assuming you can get a space. The pool is really just a feature ! I did send a message to the hotel prior to booking asking if there were plenty of loungers and room. I was informed there was. I will try to add photos to this review of them.
It was advertised as air conditioning in the rooms. It doesn’t drop below 24 degrees. We were told this by reception.Seemingly it’s not air con but a new room cooling system which will never drop below 24 ever. It made sleeping very uncomfortable. You can’t keep your balcony door open as that bleeps after about 10 minutes open.
I was going to get breakfast a buffet. However it was not in the slightest bit appetising - half filled or empty serving dishes and half cooked fried eggs that were cold. Go out of hotel turn left and there’s a lovely cafe with tables outside that you can have a lovely breakfast at a third of the price and it tastes great.
I hate to sound like those people that just moan about things however I do feel these were main areas that will not make me recommend this hotel.

Fantastic experience and superb hotel.
Lovely room and very clean every day.
Breakfast buffet was very well stocked and plenty of fresh food.
Upstairs pool area is lovely, but can get busy due to size. Staff are wonderful especially Dennis and Julia who were so friendly and their service was excellent.
We will definitely come back.

Easily a 10/10 experience, but I’m giving it a 9.8/10 due to a couple of minor details. I would have appreciated an iron in the room, especially considering the generous amount of wardrobe space. I also missed having freshly cut fruit available at the breakfast buffet.
Other than that, this is an exceptional hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooftop was absolutely fantastic, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. Overall, a truly wonderful stay and a hotel I would happily return to.
