Terrible. They enter without authorization.

We rented 3 nights and the second one our heating was damaged and we used the air conditioning pump as heat, after communicating the problem. In the morning, we spoke to the accommodation and it is confirmed that they fixed the boiler the next day after we left. At 4 am, after confirming it, we arrived at the accommodation and we see that things have moved us, things have changed places and on top of that we have turned off the hot air. I send a message to the accommodation and they deny us that they have entered the accommodation. They say they've fixed the boiler but no one's come in. I send photos with thermostat in the kitchen and inform you that we have also turned off the air conditioning with heat. That there's things moved. Then I'm confirmed that the maintenance guys are in. I ask what would have happened if I was in the shower and I didn't want to open the door or I was naked.
So we spent the rest of the day and night insecure thinking they were going in.
They enter without authorization when we were not there, even having valuables, I find shameful. We place a claim on booking for violating our privacy and trespass. The accommodation indemnifies us with 21€. That's the value they give us. I'll make consumer claim. They give you only 1 key, I imagine the other one they have to enter whenever they want.
They have a gas heater inside the room. There are no blinds and the light comes in. Dirty tableware and only floor lamp light. They control your temperature and if you turn up the thermostat they turn it down.
