Exceptional

What a beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed in a room just off reception so view was just another shutter and a wall, lol but everything about the room was ideal, air-con and cleanliness was 100%. We had a private taxi back to airport and were collected from the bottom doors so felt very special. Find the hotel door directly at the bottom.of the bridge steps before the restaurant next to the cash machine - as we got lost ! They couldn't do enough for you fully recommend x

Spectacular

Recommended 100%.
Spectacular service, both at reception and at breakfast time.
Always friendly and attentive, especially the girl who attends at breakfast time.
Clean and comfortable room.
Hotel location of 100.
I recommend it with my eyes closed.

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of July as a stopover before a cruise. The staff were so wonderful! They made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted warmly by name and served cappuccinos and cookies while we waited for our room. We had forgotten our adaptor and the staff searched the office to find one we could borrow for the night. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, next to a canal. A few steps away is a fabulous bakery, a market, and McDonald’s (if you really need it!). We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Since my mother-in-law was traveling with us, it would be nice to get a suite with fewer steps.

The location was excellent. The staff was amazing, accommodating and always went above and beyond to ensure your stay was pleasant. Highly recommend.
