Beautiful Bed and Breakfast

The bed and breakfast was a bit hard to find but once we arrived we were greeted warmly. Sara showed us everything we needed to know about the room and answered any of our questions. The rooms are decorated so quaint, I loved the attention to every detail in the rooms! The bathroom is quite small with both a toilet and bidet. Our breakfast was fantastic with warm croissants and great plums from their garden! I hope to be able to return!

Just perfect!

This place was a little tricky to find but was lovely. The owners WhatsApped me on arrival which was a nice touch. Great value for money. Rooms warm. Bed was comfortable. I slept like a dream. Tea/coffee facilities. Few minutes walking distance to St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Continental breakfast was lush. Mini toiletries provided. As a solo traveller I felt comfortable and safe in this hotel.

Simply Perfect

Location: Excellent! Near St. Mark's Square
Cleanliness: Great! Very tidy rooms with a great smell.
Environment: Perfect! Rooms in perfect Venetian style.
Staff: The lady who welcomed us is a very sweet person.
Breakfast: Simple but of excellent quality (the croissants were delicious).
Price: If booked in time it is not even too expensive

Very good place near San Marco square

This place is 2 mins walking distance from San Marco square and 4 mins walking from Realto bridge. Pretty much in heart of Venice. Beat part is its a busy place with all shops and restaurants just spread all around. The beat Gelato parlour in Venice is right opposite. Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Something that is must if you are visiting in summers. Breakfast is basic but is full. Very nice coffee that is customised to your choice. A geed start of day with a full stomach :)

Excellent stay in the heart of Venice.

Personally I rate against value so I shall start by saying I stayed in January and had an absolute bargain stay here at just under £50 a night here including breakfast for both of us.
I would happily have paid a lot more as the stay was excellent. If you follow the map they provide, finding the apartment was easy and we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. We were in the red room which was relatively spacious and very clean and comfortable
As others have said, breakfast in the room was a nice way to start the day and the black out shutters mean you can get a great night's sleep.
Situated a stones throw from St Marks Square and a few minutes walk to Rialto the location is great.
Only comment I would say as an improvement was the bathroom being a bit tatty. Quite a bit of mould around shower edge and the toilet flush, although working, was pretty loose off the wall
Would highly recommend though
