Great location

Great hotel and especially great location only 2 minutes walk to the Venezia St Lucia train station and right on the shopping areas and very convenient to water bus lines to go to Milano or Burano islands. Room was a little small for 3 of us but we managed.

Very simple hotel, but very well located

Very simple hotel but well located (near the FERROVIA water station), the train station and several good restaurants and shops. There is no reception on site, but in another hotel on the perpendicular, which caused us a certain weirdness. On our arrival a caring boy came to our meeting and gave us the key to the front door and the room explaining the scheme of the place. We had a problem with jam in the room in this early spring season and they only release the use of air conditioning in the summer, which would help a lot to soften the nights, as we woke up with the chopped face. We had to ask at the reception to pay more attention to the cleaning. The highlight of the Hotel is the staff Elisa who was extremely kind, attentive and sought to solve all our problems with extreme goodwill.

The thrill of an icy shower

Clean, old-fashioned room suitable for 1-2 nights. Great location, very close to Venezia Santa Lucia station. The only great flaw is the icy water. Back from a race, at the time of the shower, there was no hot water. After calling reception, a guy arrived in the room who informed us that nothing could be done until the following day. It is unthinkable to pay 250€, for a room, for a night and not have hot water.

Second and final experience - rudeness leading to verbal assault

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel.
The first time at Antica Casa Carrettoni and I had no problem also for the great kindness and helpfulness of Ms. Elisa.
Staying in Atlantis created some problems for me.
No power outlets in the room when I needed to charge my cell phone.
The only socket, not working, in the bathroom.
Difficult communication with the night reception for language barrier.
Clean room, but very dated, like the stairs and common areas.
Strong musty smell on the lower floors, luckily I was on the Third party floor.
High, hard pillows, useless.
Warm room.
In any case, I would have returned for needs that often lead me to Venice, except that I suffered an unprecedented verbal attack just for pointing out that there were no sockets.
After seeing the very offensive responses to the negative reviews that the hotel received on Booking I explain the nonsense reaction this morning.
I was blown away.
The team does not accept criticism and demonizes search engines.
Just take off and you can't read the truth.

Very bad

Bad experience, no choice on the pillows were both super hard plus I found more than one hair on the bed. I go on to say that we took a pack of chips at the automatic and had expired a month ago, not to mention the mattress that being a double bedroom the mattress had to be a double instead were two singles attached! We were told that there was the automatic for coffee and breakfast instead was off no one bothered to turn it on! Toilet paper already used so not sealed and new! Dusty room!
