A nice room

We stayed our last night of vacation at Residence Liberty. The room was huge and cozy, even if it didn't have the balcony as per the reservation. We appreciated the decor, both inside and out, and the kindness of the staff.

Horrible stay, we are not coming back

Our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. We were given a room whose window opened directly onto a dirty and unpleasant internal space. The window was at the same level as that area, so we felt uncomfortable leaving it open as anyone could potentially enter the room.
When we arrived, the room was extremely hot and stuffy, almost like a sauna. Opening the window was not really an option, especially at night, because of the safety concern.
The staff were completely uninterested in making our stay comfortable and were not helpful at all. For the price of the room, we were also surprised that not even basic amenities like a couple of coffee sachets or tea bags were provided.
We felt misled by the photos on the website, which only show the beautiful front of the building with large windows. Seeing the actual view from our room was a real shock (photos provided).

Excellent place, your choice in the city.

Convenient residence in the center for going wherever you want. I was amazed by the level: it is practically a spacious apartment with well-furnished and roomy areas. Kitchen with appropriately sized refrigerator, breakfast equipment, and cooking utensils, if desired. Daily cleaning. Super bathroom.

A perfect place to stay!

I was quite late, due to flight delays, but I was furnished a door code and an envelope with my info and roon key was waiting at the desk. My apartment was lovely and nicely furnished. I enjoyed my briefvstay very much. I hope to stay again the next time I sail from Trieste. This is perfect spot to stay as you are 2 blocks from the cruise terminal. There are also many restauants and shops and a lovely large piazza, all just a short walk away.

In Trieste...

Residence practically downtown. All pretty clean. To get to the elevator you have to climb a flight of stairs and with suitcases it is not easy. Kitchen in the room complete and equipped with the necessary comforts. spacious apartment but sparse in furnishings.
