If you're going by the google maps, the hotel is difficult to find. In fact it should say somewhere on the booking website that the hotel is right across the Riviera Hotel, and that the best way to get there is by going south (towards the city) and parking on the right side of the street, where Riviera Hotel parking is located. The Maximilian Hotel is on the other side of the street, but tucked in, and difficult to see, since there are no signs posted on the highway. In order to check into Maximilian Hotel, you need to go to the Riviera Hotel lobby and check in at the reception of Riviera Hotel (again, this info should be very clearly stated on the booking website). Unless you already know, you wouldn't assume that this is part of the same hotel and we were stuck looking at the reception in front of Maximilian
The room itself was cold. No way to adjust the temperature with the A/C. Even though we've put the A/C to maximum heat, it was blowing cold air. We've asked for this to be fixed, but no one came to fix it. The toilet water was constantly running, and the sink in the bathroom did not run cold water, only hot. The area where you can find cups and glasses was locked, and after asking for the key, the answer was that they only unlock this if you're staying more than 5 days, otherwise they charge some ridiculous amount for cleaning! So forget about drinking coffee in the room in the morning, if you're staying less than 5 days. Unless you want to pay cleaning fee!?

Room in the Maximillians are OK, It seams they had a chemical cleaning at the ground floor which smelled intensively when entering the house. Second Floor was all right.
View from the terasse over the sea in incredibly beautiful. Restaurant is OK but expensive. Breakfast was good. In generell I would recommend a stay.
