Perfect for those seeking kindness and a stay with the comforts of a private home

I was in Terni to participate in a sports competition and stayed at the Residence Bizzoni. The stay was great from all points of view. The apartment spacious, clean and with every comfort perfectly functional (even in nice heat, since outside the temperature dropped to minus six overnight). The extremely convenient location, which allows you to reach the center on foot in less than five minutes. The parking space in the private yard closed by the bar. But above all the owners, among the kindest people I have ever found to manage an accommodation facility.

Practically perfect

Apartment spacious and clean. Big room.. nice owner like his whole family. He brought the suitcase to our room.

Absolutely perfect!!!

We only stayed two days, unfortunately, but the kindness and helpfulness of the owner was truly exceptional.
The apartment really had everything you could want.
The tips for eating were spot on, it is also very close to the center of Terni but quiet and peaceful.
I highly recommend it.

A beautiful experience

I was with my family for a few days as a guest of Mr. Marco and the
His father Virgil. We immediately felt at home. The apartment was cozy, spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Marco and his father always available, they even drove us to and from the station. Experience to repeat.

Great stay in

Lacation dated but cozy and clean. We stayed two days in the attic (with two daughters), huge spaces. Owners helpful and kind with attached historical explanation of the place. Breakfast modest but cared for. Recommendation for families . Old town within walking distance.
