Structure in Piedmont without truffles and being closed, with inefficiencies
I was with friends on the night of November 29th and once we arrived there we discovered that the next day the Locanda Sant’Uffizio which is the main body of the structure next to Casa Munfrà would close for renovation and in fact there were several outages. Arrived on Saturday afternoon we were informed that the sauna did not work in the spa and they would give us an aperitif. In Spa zero relax there is such a loud noise in the silence area that it is where there is the pool due to the discharge of the water that turns continuously. The bar of the Holy Office is small, sad, without background music, without soul, a sadness. Icing on the cake... the lack of truffles at

Dedicated to truffles, a few km type 2/3 there is Moncalvo town where they do the truffle festival. I was shocked! How can you not have truffles? Maybe because they closed the next day? I pressed to pull the rope the ceiling light came off the wall and fell to the floor a few inches from my foot. Council to close and reopen in years when everything will be okay!!!!!!!

Valid proposal but with details to improve
We stayed for a weekend at Casa Munfrà during the bridge on June 2. Very nice idea to provide accommodation in this annex at a lower cost than Relais Sant’Uffizio, but taking advantage of all the services of the main structure, which is a few meters walk. However, services such as spa and swimming pool are too small for the number of guests attending the two facilities, so much so that you can hardly enjoy them on very busy days like those chosen by us.
We had dinner at the Bistrot of the structure booking in advance, delicious Piedmontese dinner and very kind staff.
The annex room was a double standard, very spacious and equipped with all comforts, but requires a little periodic maintenance as some details are overlooked (broken mosquito net, shower cubicle that leaked and flooded the entire bathroom).
Breakfast at the main structure very varied and very good quality.

Hotel is located in a beautiful location, really nice estate. We have been here a couple of times, but this was now the last time: room was sloppy cleaned (dirt in the corners and on the carpet), public toilet was disgusting (floor was so sticky), breakfast: no bread left neither refilled, we had to share one glass as no fresh glasses were provided for more than one hour, small service team seemed to be overwhelmed by number of guests. The website promises a sun terrace which was sealed without explanation. Note, there is only one outdoor swimming pool, the other one seems to be permanently closed. Our feedback was noted at check out without any visible reaction.

Casa Munfrà, thanks to the possibility to take advantage of Relais Sant'Uffizio Amenties, provides a luxurious and memorable stay with its beautiful rooms, prime location, excellent amenities, and outstanding dining options. Highly recommended
