Cozy rooms, heated, the only drawback is the bathroom sink too small and little countertop, otherwise quite good.

A solid choice.

We were in Parma for one night and chose this hotel because it is located between the train station and the old town. Contrary to what I saw in other reviews the night employee was kind and helpful , the room was very clean and the shower was great. And how about the delightful breakfast and the engaging person who serves it. The hotel is lacking in some charm and character but that is easily offset by comfy beds, great shower, clean room and great breakfast.

Negative

The reception was very cold, the room very small, in the bathroom there was not even a support plan. Since the bed was quite small, I asked if they had a room with two beds, they told me from the reception that they do not have two-bed rooms.....it seems impossible. The only positive thing was the breakfast.

Good location, clean and friendly

Hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. Staff were very helpful with any question. Rooms very clean . I would recommend Savoy Hotel for a stay in Parma. It is as very enjoyable for us. Thank you. Kind regards Kyele W

Comfortable with the center.

I honestly don't understand the very negative reviews.
Sure, this place has some things that need to be a bit old or refurbished (the cracked bathroom sink, the minibar, the sound management in the rooms and a bit more attention) but overall it didn't seem so bad.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The clean room.
Strategically located hotel: near the House of Music, Palazzo Pilotta, Sound Museum, Stuard Art Gallery and much more.
Yes, maybe late at night it's not really a quiet area... but not completely infamous as I read in other reviews.
