Good location, scam solves problems, genye concessions from all sides, very easy to socialize......................

I like the place very well preserved, the staff very well , they know languages , always available at any time , very good price , I recommend it 100% .........................................................................................................

Nightmare

The presentation photos were most likely taken at the opening, because it doesn’t look like that now. We stayed 10 friends in the same room, which made the stay a bit more bearable than it actually was. The staff was very friendly, but the location is a nightmare. The room doors do not lock, and we had to take our luggage with valuables with us in the car every day. There are some iron cages in the room where you can leave them, but when we left the room to go sightseeing there was no one at the reception to give us locks and keys, so we didn’t bother trying on other days. There is an air conditioner, but it’s not enough for a 10-person room. The lighting is very poor — there is only one bulb in the room, and if you close the doors to the balcony, you can’t see anything. The bathrooms are terrible — rust, dirt. The shower has no water pressure at all. If both showers are used at the same time, the water barely drips. One of the bathrooms has a very small shower, and it’s hard to move without touching the tiles or the shower door, which are very dirty. The only plus was that they provided soap and toilet paper daily, so we never ran out. On the last day, I woke up with bedbugs in my bed, which bit me horribly. We had no other accommodation options at a decent price, given that we were a large group, so we stayed — but I would not repeat the experience.

One star is too much for this nightmare

My friend and I booked 5 nights at this Hostel and on the morning of the second day we ran away.
Arrived at 2 am we pay the total with extreme difficulty, we welcome two guys without jersey most likely drunk or stoned and it takes about twenty minutes to make them understand that we had to pay two dues and have the rest. The first impact is obscene. There are no keys and the doors do not lock (including one of the two bathrooms). There is no livable common area. The kitchen is a gas stove. There is no air conditioning. There is no hot water in the bathroom and there was standing water in the shower. Cleaning ZERO. It's all dirty. I felt terrible even breathing in it. The Hostel is a wonderful reality and I am sorry for those who may have such a dive as a first experience. The second day we packed our bags and looked for a new accommodation, zero refund (and I believe they would go into the red if they had to refund all the disappointed!). Money wasted but I prefer to lose money and not get infections. Complete crap, don't go do yourself a favor

HORROR HOSTEL

If you love yourself do not go to this Hostel. The photos are completely fake. NOTHING IS TRUE. It's dirty as hell, me and a friend of mine booked for 5 nights, needless to say we ran away after less than 24h looking for a new Accommodation. The people who have “””””welcomed””” (nobody spoke Italian) I do not tell you! The doors do not close, there is no hot water, the kitchen consists of various crap and a stove (I was afraid to open the fridge seriously). DO NOT GO.

They don't have keys for the guest, they just say you can go out tomorrow... Lol a joke cool Bering in a crappy hostel on a Friday night and not being able to go out. Just choose a correct place this is a rip off
