Great value, clean, great hospitalitya

It is possibly the best value hotel in Palermo. The place is extremely clean, the hosts are excellent people who really do want to help out improve your stay. They even saved me last minute when I forgot my watch but already locked the door. The water pressure is honestly the best I have ever seen but it is so strong it almost destroyed the teflon tape to prevent leaks on the showerhead haha. So I'd avoid maxing it out.
Internet connection was also very good, offering enough bandwidth to upload your holiday pictures and videos during the night. I took over 1200 (About 35GB). I have to give it a 5/5, the only motivation I have for not giving a 5/5 is that I want to book it next time and hope it to not be fully booked the next time I go haha.
Some extra info:
- Less than 20 minute walk to the cathedral
- 2 Supermarkets very close by.
- Breakfast place around the corner.
- Free public parking (but it can be hard to find a spot but I always found one nearby).
- If you don't speak Italian you need a translator app to talk to the hosts for proper communication.
- The 2 person bed is 2 single person beds attached to each other, I never fell through tho.
- There is a fridge you can use and is shared between the other rooms.
- There is a coffee machine and water heater present as well as tea flavors.
- The 3 keys for the building, the appartment door and the door of your room look very similar so be sure to remember the teeth of the keys to more easily find which one is which.

Great

I had a very pleasant stay at this B&B. The location is a plus: it’s a bit quieter than the busy old town, which is nice for some peace and quiet, but you can still reach the center very easily.
The host was also very friendly and helpful, making the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. It's a solid choice for anyone visiting the area.

Very nice very clean room Mr Michèle super nice always ready to please do not hesitate very quiet area

Spacious clean room very nice bathroom with shower bed very comfortable not noisy quiet area and Michèle the super friendly and.helpful owner will not hesitate to have a superb stay

Amazing holiday in Sicily

The location is just perfect for us , not too close to city and yet not too far . Miguel the host was absolutely amazing , always made sure we got what we needed and gave us tips on how to explore Sicily . The lift is not small but didn’t bother us coz if we have to do 1 at a time , we did , at the end of the day we were on holiday anyway . If you feel like cooking or just eat in the b & b , you can do that as well . Plenty of choices for restaurant walking distance ,
make sure to go Miguel’s recommendations , it was one of the best and authentic restaurants we have been . Facilities in the B & B is just what we needed . It was indeed our home away from home .

I arrive at this b@b after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor what about located in a town where you can find practically everything in the immediate vicinity there is a bar to make tasty breakfast ... the host Michele always attentive and helpful to the needs of the customer ... bright and well soundproofed clean room ... in the b@b there is a coffee maker and a refrigerator ...... all in all well
