Perfect base for exploring Palermo. Clean, modern hotel in the centre. Just breakfast was very basic, could have done with some fruit, veg and savoury options

We paid a pretty penny for basic amenities and mediocre food.
We were told that the basic spa facilities are paid without it being clearly stated on the booking page, quite disappointing as the room rates were not cheap.
There were ants in the Delux room so we couldn’t bring anything in without having an infestation in 5mins max.
And to top it off, their €15 p/p breakfast is served on the top flor of the hotel, there’s barely any space and the food is cold and dry.
Very disappointing and I would avoid if I were you.

Great stay in a fun hotel. Great staff. Loved the restaurant/bar on the roof. Very nice room.

The location of the hotel was perfect for shops and restaurants. But the hotel experience was ok. The staff can be friendlier. But what was not acceptable was the cleaning staff left 2 dirty mattresses in the hall for more than 24 hours.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is close to the old area. Where most of the attractions are, but not in the middle of it, which is good because it can het hectic. The hotel is is nice, residential area, very clean, well lit with several restaurants nearby. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was well equipped. My one pet peeve was not only this but most hotel bathrooms is that they don’t have enough hooks to hang the towels. I recommend this property.
