Good

Structure ok. Excellent central location near the station and a short walk from the centre.
Historic building with large rooms and very high ceilings.
It is a multi-storey hotel.
The restaurant under the B&B is excellent, it's called Trattoria il Sorriso.
Advised.

My experience was a real nightmare in every respect, culminating in a very serious event.
1. TARGETED THEFT AND SCANDALOUS MANAGEMENT:
While I was out, my iPad was stolen directly from my room. The theft was extremely suspicious: only the backpack that contained it disappeared, while other valuables such as AirPods and a hair straightener remained intact. The most unacceptable thing? The facility has surveillance footage where the thief's face is clearly visible, yet the direction has proved totally indifferent. I wonder how it's possible to feel safe in such a place.
2. COMPLAINT HYGIENE:
To call the room "dirty" is an understatement. I was faced with a gruesome situation: layered dust everywhere, stains of dubious origin on the fabrics.
3. CRUMBLING STRUCTURE:
Photos posted online are deceptive. Reality is a very old building falling apart: broken furniture, fixtures that do not close properly and a sense of general abandonment.

A disaster between photo advertising and reality an abyss‍♀️

Bad reception, despite knowing that we will be arrived after 11 pm they asked us 10 euros (under the counter) for the night service not agreed before, dirty and damaged bathroom indecent taps not working no handle in the window, so always open and hot suffocating shower that the photo will speak for itself half-detached curtains overhead shower malfunctioning, not to mention the change of linen that they never did in 5 days we had to ask for clean towels and although we saw that the toilet paper was finished, they did not restore it we had to ask for that too , meaningless breakfast, dirty cups as well as the cutlery snacks of the discount tablecloths (disposable) for breakfast always dirty and between a customer and another , slammed x earth in front of those who had breakfast and remittances without replacing them (perhaps for a few years) smells constant smoke, indeed a real stench that filtered even into the room STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Pleasant short stay

Had a lovely couple of days stay here, friendly staff, good location to be able to visit the many sights of Palermo.
A nice variety for breakfast with cake, cereal, and drinks choices.
The price was good and I would reccomend here staying here

This is very correct!!

Very decent for one night arriving from the airport!!
Ideal location and very friendly staff!!
3 minutes walk from Central Station, more than reasonable price.
The breakfast is not crazy but for the price no reason to complain.
Value for money, it’s perfect
