Great location, super nice host. Luca would have deserved an extra payment for serving as a guide and a helper with our other matters (e.g. renting a car).

In the norm
Hotel in the center nice and clean but very noisy.

Read the fineprint and everything will be perfect. I texted a day ahead what my travel itinerary was. Gianlucca was there to welcome me. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know and more!
He showed me what to see and where to go! With this insight I m’ve seen a lot of the city. Got a list of restaurants and such, and all the recommended places were amazing.

I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us in. We were given a key ring with five keys. They were multiple doors that we had to go in and out of to get to the room. When we finally talked to the owner he was very apologeticBut the whole incident was very stressful for us. The room itself was OK. It contained a king size bed. However there was only about 6 inchesFrom the wall on each side of the bed. It made it very hard to get in and out of the bed. The shower was extremely small.
