Great stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful as I arrived early from Sorrento and they were able to provide me an early check in for an additional charge that was reasonably priced. The front desk was proficient in English which was of great benefit as my use of the Italian language is minimal. The lobby was expansive with couches and chairs to meet up with other traveling family members to relax for them to catch their train across the street. Hotel is very clean and well kept, room was spacious, clean, and had great views. The area is Naples, you get what you get in its surroundings, no better or worse than any area.

Definitely make sure you don't have a medical emergency if you are booked at this hotel and cannot travel from Amalfi to Naples for your stay- because they couldn't care less. I was dismayed that they would not give even a partial refund to us as they were notified at the earliest possible moment that we were unable to travel to Naples. What terrible customer service.

Highly recommended

Very friendly staff at reception both checking in and out. Super convenient location near train station. Very handy for us as we were doing day trips to Herculaneum, Sorrento and Capri. Also we left Naples by train to go to Rome. Area felt very safe and Metro was just steps away. We went to the museum by metro and it’s super easy to navigate. We walked to fabulous Pizzeria only about 12 minutes walk at night for the fans of a famous movie. Rooms in hotel very modern with great aircon. Lovely towels and bedding. I would recommend it

Get breakfast elsewhere

A pleasant hotel very centrally located, but travellers would be well-advised to save a few Euros and forego the breakfast option. Not only is it disappointing in the extreme - bread is stale, juice undrinkable, coffee atrocious and scrambled eggs inedible - but at peak times you have to be trained in hand-to-hand combat to get to even these unappetising items.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom met our expectations. However, the bedroom floor was a bit dusty. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.
