Clean, well maintained and also quite modern. Staff very helpful and kind.
Very nice room, perfect for a couple.
Optimal location: it is located near the port, so an area rather close to the center, convenient and breezy.

Disappointing

First things first. This is not a hotel. Don’t be deceived by the pictures.
It’s a corridor of 5 rooms on the second floor of a pretty run down apartment block.
On one side of the building it overlooks a dual carriageway (we had a balcony overlooking it). On the other side there was a half built building - more of a building site. And the street to the front door was seedy,dirty and full of litter.
There are no on site staff though cleaners come in during the day. The lift of the block was out of order on our last day.
Described on its card as a bed and breakfast but don’t know how the breakfast is served - there is no dining room or indeed anything apart from the 5 rooms.
We got pestered numerous times after booking regarding our arrival time. Presumably so the person who runs the place could let us in! As we hadn’t replied we got sent a key code to open the door of the block.
The rooms are OK though some strange design features.
Shower area very slippery and the shower extension if used flooded the rest of the bathroom area.
The top row of coat hangers you need to be very tall to reach (same applied to hooks on the bathroom shower partition.
But as I said the rooms aren’t too bad.
Bed comfortable and room is clean.
Just be aware what you’re booking.
A room not in a hotel.

Nice big clean rooms, walk in shower, great location close to the cruise ship berths css and conference center. The staff were very friendly and took time to explain the best things to see in the city. Everything looked newly renovated and clean, modern design. Ask to get the code access prior to arrival.
