Comfort, beauty, what else?

B&B really unique! I will return, alone or in company. These are three rooms, all (I suppose) with double bed, excellent, from all points of view. I can't really point to a mole in the B&B. In fact, almost, I would say, it would be worth spending a whole day visiting it, like a museum. The entrance hall and the whole corridor are decorated in a creative way (trying to believe). The names of the three rooms - Posillipino, Vomerese and Umbertino - are already an egregious business card of the structure. The fact of being at the Vomero (the beautiful neighborhood of Naples, it is no small thing) almost takes a back seat,. I attach only four photos, little or so significant, to leave the reader, the taste of surprise.

Overall the stay was good! The location and breakfast provided were superb.
The property was clean and quiet but it was very inconvenient having to walk through the public hall to get to the bathroom.
Communication and staffing was a bit rough as well. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and although we were told it would be fixed same day, it was never replaced.

The location of the B & B was key - the metro and funicular railway links to the historic city centre are first class. The local amenities and facilities are first class i.e. one has virtually everything available on the door step.; The owner was very welcoming and charming. I enjoyed a trily fantastic break. I shall return in September. Thank you Franz & Guilia - you have created a wonderful themed B & B in the heart of Vomero X

I like to start with the Hostess, she is amazing! She is really kind to help you out with every question you have. We are from the Netherlands and found it difficult to understand how it works in Italy, luckily the hostess helped us a lot! The room is clean and nice as shown on the pictures. The same goes for the bathroom. It is located near a metro line which makes it really easy to move around Napoli. The airconditioning was great since we were not really used to the hot environment. The breakfast is at a bar near the appartement located at a really sociable location where a lot of people come to hang out. The personnel of the bar are really kind and the place looks luxurious. We had nice croissants and coffee there!

Il Chiattillo, molto rumore per poco

Positività: posizione molto comoda al Vomero a due passi dalla metropolitana (molto pulita e ben funzionante); camera spaziosa in alloggio con bagno in corridoio dedicato alla stanza. Ci sono 3 stanze e quella più piccola ha il bagno interno. Ottima pulizia. Condizionatore d’aria.
Negatività: gli infissi sono ottimi ma è impossibile tenere le finestre aperte a causa del traffico molto intensi di via Kerkbaker. Nella mia stanza non c’era una sedia o poltroncina e luce adeguata alla lettura. Il costo giornaliero della stanza è di € 130,00 (tassa di soggiorno esclusa) comprendente la colazione a € 10,00 in un bar vicino: un vero furto per una bevanda è una brioche. A Napoli per un caffè e brioche si pagano € 2,00. Sconsiglio vivamente di chiedere la colazione. Neanche al caffè Gambrinus si paga tanto. Altra snervante criticità sta nel nottolino mal funzionante della seconda porta di ingresso: per aprirlo bisogna tentare molte volte perché non apre al primo tentativo. Per ultimo l’accoglienza gentile e simpatica è avvenuta da parte di una persona che non è la gerente e quindi, giustamente, non poteva rispondere alle nostre domande. Anche per connettersi al Wi-Fi non è stato semplice perché sul dépliant della struttura c’era solo l’indirizzo vecchio. Per la cifra richiesta troppa improvvisazione e poca professionalità. In camera c’è macchina per caffè nespresso con 2 cialde (per 5gg!) e il bollitore (naturalmente senza bustine da tea o altro) era molto incrostato. Ripeto molta incuria.
