Would return and recommend it to others

The owner is the nicest and most helpful.The room was clean and had every necessity.
Very central and close to a lot of cool young bars.

clean and comfortable environment, excellent location in the center near the metro. Quiet, basic but pleasant furnishings. Young and courteous owner. Recommended Univo neo breakfast not on site but with a partner bar in Piazza Dante.

A surprise!

We only stayed here for two nights, but we would have liked to stay much longer, we had a really good time!
The b&b is located in an area super close to the center and next to the subway entrance, although everything is easily reachable on foot from there.
The welcome was excellent, we were also given a map to orient ourselves in the city and some advice on places to dine.
The room is super cute, with a mezzanine sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable!
The structure in general is a little "old" but the rooms are very nice and modern.
If we find ourselves passing through Naples, we will definitely be there!

Three nights in Naples in this small B&B in a super convenient location, behind Piazza Dante, near the Metro and close to a supermarket, bars, restaurants. Aldo super kind and helpful in everything we needed. Large and comfortable rooms. If I return to Naples I will definitely return to this B&B and recommend it.

Very disappointed following a cancellation

I'm a little disappointed with Aldo's behavior, although he seems nice.
I had reserved an apartment for one week from October 7 to 14, 2023, but following a technical problem with the plane my flight was canceled and not replaced, I was therefore not able to honor my rental of €580 and I could not will not be fully reimbursed by the airline.
I therefore asked Aldo for a partial refund concerning the breakfasts and the water and electricity costs that we did not consume, which seems logical to me, after several emails, to date he has not still not answered.
If you book with him and if you have a problem you will not be refunded, I don't understand his silence, I was hoping for at least a positive or negative response.
I am very unhappy, we lost a week of vacation and what's more we are going to lose money.
We are postponing our trip to Naples next year but certainly not to his place.
