Excellent stay

From the moment of our arrival we felt at home, and the credit goes above all to the owner, Francesca. She is a kind and helpful person: always attentive to our every minimal need, super thoughtful and ready to help us with anything (including changing the towels as soon as we needed it).
The property is extremely clean, fragrant, and well-kept.

It is difficult even to consider this a receptive structure given the lack of professionalism and the abysmal rudeness of the person who runs the B & B. Completely unreliable, the very foundations of the suture of tourist reception are lacking.

Strategic location!

We stayed in this location for three days.
Francesca, the owner, was available at our every request. We were in the classic room: small, but very clean!
There is no real breakfast, but a shared coffee machine at the entrance and a kettle if you want to make a tea/herbal tea.
The location is great for visiting the city..you are just a few minutes walk from Piazza Plebiscito, via Toledo, Spanish Quarters and the seafront.
Very convenient is the funicular if you want to save a few steps.
Near the b & b also starts the climb of the Pietraio to reach Castel sant Elmo, Certosa San Martino and visit the beautiful Vomero district.
It is a quiet and not so noisy night area.
Good value for money!
Definitely recommended!

Vintage Suite Room, comfortable, quiet, clean! The Owner Francesca, nice and helpful. Position c

We stayed there for five nights, we were four couples, we booked the four double bedrooms. I had the largest, the Vintage, large suite room with large bed and two sofas, plus kitchenette with fridge. Air conditioning. Wifi. Flat TV 42 inches. On the first floor of an ancient and important building, with elevator. The location is very central, one hundred meters from the Cable Car that with one euro and two minutes, descends into Via Toledo, the heart of Naples. Easy then travels the Spaccanapoli and the Spanish Quarters. The owner, Mrs. Francesca, was always helpful and very kind, greeted us on the evening of arrival with a welcome "toast", despite it being late at night, and provided us with all useful information and recommendations for our stay. He also provided us with the name of the taxi driver, with an eight-seater van that followed us on tours to the excavations and around the coast, for several days. For breakfast in the morning we had a coffee maker and each room had its own equipment of biscuits, rusks, jams, Nutella... and milk in the fridge. Cleaning rooms, changing sheets and towels every day! New furniture! Every day we spoke by phone for any of our requests. At the start he kept our bags until the evening. In saying goodbye we felt like leaving a family person. What about... Positive experience! Recommendation sincerely!
