Nice clean and modern place, good location but poor communication from proprietor

Great place, excellent location, very clean and modern b & b. The b & b is on the 6th floor of a high rise apartment complex. You MUST have cell phone service to gain access to the premises, as the apartment complex is locked. You MUST be in contact with the proprietor to get into the b & b and into your room. The problem is, neither the email address nor the phone number listed on the website worked. We had no contact with the proprietor until less than 24 hours before arrival, and we were already traveling. This is a very spare accommodation. There is no breakfast. We were surprised that, in addition to the room cost, we were told we needed to pay an extra €12 Euro as a tourist tax at the end. Really?

Brand new, top quality B&B!

I was so lucky to have stumbled upon Iside B&B in Ercolano! It's brand new and has been constructed to the highest standards and with great taste, no expense spared. It's run by the lovely Libera and her mum & sisters, who are super welcoming and helpful.
We stayed in a triple room, which was very spacious, light and modern, with an amazing shower and a balcony too; just perfect for me and my two daughters.
I'd love to keep the place a secret, but that would be a shame. So I'd really recommend it highly to anyone wanting to visit Ercolano, Pompeii and the Vesuvius area. It's perfect as a base to explore so many places, including Naples and Sorrento as the place is literally by the train station, though you would never guess as it's super quiet and we never heard a single train pass.
Thank you to everyone at Inside for making our stay in Ercolano so special, memorable and perfect

La location ideale vicino alla stazione, appena ristrutturato, camera accogliente e bagno grande.
Nonostante la vicinanza con la stazione, le camere risultano silenziose durante la notte.
