Excellent choice according to our needs...
Clean and welcoming hotel. Convenient parking. Strategic location with respect to the airport and highway.
Excellent breakfast. Good cuisine.
We will return if we have the opportunity to be in the area.

Untransparent rates and disappointing customer management!
We reported the discrepancy to the manager, showing the price posted on Booking, but we found no willingness to review the rate or find a solution. We were therefore forced to pay double the amount that the same hotel charged on their own website and other platforms.
An attitude that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth and raises doubts about transparency and customer care.

Ci dispiace che abbia avuto questo disagio, le vogliamo ricordare che la prenotazione è stata interamente effettuata tramite posta elettronica, invio di un preventivo e conferma del preventivo.
Le tariffe che trova sui portali sono tariffe dinamiche che variano giorno per giorno in base al tipo di occupazione dell'albergo, non devo spiegarlo a lei, visto che ha detto che è proprietario di un albergo.
Uno dei vantaggi di prenotare con la struttura è il pagamento che può essere comodamente pagato al check-out a differenza dei portali che il pagamento è immediato e soprattutto non rimborsabile e senza la colazione nel suo caso.
Prendiamo la sua recensione in maniera costruttiva, la ringraziamo nuovamente e l'aspettiamo presto per un nuovo soggiorno.

Beautiful week in Calabria in a great hotel
The swimming season had not started in June, the hotel was almost empty during the week and so we often had the pool to ourselves.
Claudia at the reception speaks perfect German and gives tips on all matters and sights.
