Service at the top and magnificent hotel!

Despite a problem related to the choice of room initially selected by our travel agency, the hotel was able to react quickly and offer us an effective solution by assigning us the desired room.
The welcome was impeccable, with an attentive and very professional team.
The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, and the location of the hotel is ideal.
Many thanks to the whole team for a very pleasant stay.
We hope to have the pleasure of returning soon.

Live Like A Local in the Best Location

Second to none location, spacious, nicely furnished and superior service. A serendipitous meeting of Alberto and the gracious, “second-mile” assistance from Svetlana were our welcome, and the service for the entire stay couldn’t have been better. Ideally situated for multiple dining and shopping choices and a quick few steps to the lake for water taxi service to Bellagio or other areas.

Plenty of space . Great location next to the Duomo Como and walking distance to key locations in Como. Recommend for couples seeking a unique room at a reasonable price

Very classy and romantic place. Best location

What a lovely hotel.
Best location directly opposite the cathedral. Request cathedral view'
The bells go off in the morning and its grate to set a vibe.
Decent restaurants directly underneath the hotel.
Only gripe was the steamer iron didnt work.
And minibar fridge was warm.
The shower is the best ive ever seen
The bed is the biggest ive ever slept in.
The decor is super quirky i think we had a shoe holder in our room among other things.
Its a small hotel which there is no real reception but a little desk in the stairwell.
So no bar or lounge areas.
Glass see-through lift and exposed brick all around give a great feel to the place.
