A great success!!!

The B&B is just 5 minutes from the airport which is appreciated when you arrive on a night flight. The rooms are super comfortable and the owner (Susanna) was extremely attentive and close, she made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home from the first moment. I highly recommend Villa Susanna to anyone needing a B&B in Brindisi

Terrible.

B&B found by chance, for convenience to the location of the school I needed to attend. To combine business with pleasure, I booked for my entire family. A husband and two small children. The experience was quite terrible. Upon arrival, a "staff member" greeted us not with a "Welcome" but with "You are early" (we were supposed to arrive at 8 PM but arrived at 7:30 PM). The gentleman accompanied us to the apartment in the basement where, at the entrance, thinking he was not seen, he tried to hide a cockroach with a magazine holder located at the entrance, near the front door. Despite this, as soon as we entered, we immediately smelled a strong odor of stale air and 100% humidity... we spotted the air conditioner and were almost about to breathe a sigh of relief when the staff member told us that to use it, we had to pay €5 per day (and this was not mentioned during the booking) and we also discovered that we had to pay a tourist tax (this was also not indicated during the booking).
The sheets smelled and were damp. The bathroom seemed clean, but while taking a shower, there was a sort of pool at foot level. The dust was everywhere and the living room table was dirty. Breakfast turned out to be a flop like everything else: subpar. We travel a lot and for the same price, we found significantly better options. Moreover, in addition to the instant bank transfer (out of fear of not paying once we left... as if we were the thieves and not them!!!), the staff kindly told us at 8 PM not to let the children make noise when returning to the room since there were people staying upstairs who needed to wake up at dawn (as if we were uncivilized!) - a terrible experience. No kind of friendliness, cleanliness, or care.

Terrible

The room was okish however I arrived after 12 midnight and I was exhausted after a long stressful day. There was a kettle and a coffee maker but no tea or coffee in the room . I couldn't lock the door from inside the room and the door lock on the outside was a padlock. During a storm the electricity tripped and there was no power for a few hours so sat in the dark and not one message from the owner

Improvisers

Sorry to leave a negative review but I hope the owners take it as constructive..
100€ for a room converted from a closet or garage, the shower very small and broken, the internal gargoyle splashes water everywhere flooding a bathroom (without bidet) micro, without cleaning products.
Disappointed, unfortunately not to recommend to anyone ..

Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay. The villa is really comfortable, clean and sunny. Typical Salento villa. The garden is clean and quiet. We wanted to stay longer, too bad the holiday is over.
We will definitely be back next year.
