room review

well-maintained and clean facility; on the negative side, I was not happy because the bathroom lacked: towel racks, I did not find soap bars, shampoos, and body wash.

I was not given instructions for how to get into the facility until I reached it in the evening. I was given the wrong code for the keys to my room and no one would answer my emails or calls about this. I tried the wrong code for an hour before the correct code was sent. The room I finally got into had a lock that the door wood itself was broken away from and was not secure. I do not recommend this place to stay in. Especially for single female travelers.

We traveled around Puglia for a month and this was by far our worse stay.
- There were holes in the floor.
- There were broken floor trims.
- The floor was very dirty (our son’s clothes were BLACK after crawling on the floor for a few minutes!)
- The balcony, unlike in the pictures, was missing chairs. – so it could barely be used.
- The shower was dirty.
- The baby crib was missing a mattress.
- There was a bad smell in the hallway at the entrance to the apartment.
- The checkout time did not match what was stated on Hotels.
- The support was unfriendly.
- It was very poor sound isolation.
Unacceptable.

Bad experience

Bad experience in this B&B.
Starting from the bathroom, an indescribable stench of moisture and sewer. Bed that at every single movement was a continuous noise and squeaking, pillow empty, so that the head sank.
Paying for one night, right in the middle of town, and having a solution like that is absurd!
