Pleasant stay

B&B located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from Bari central train station.Make sure you print a Bari map before you arrive, as map from hotel is totally inadequate. B & B comprises a number of apartments, no front desk, so you may need to call host when you arrive. We stayed in a triple room, which was quite comfortable and very clean. Bathroom a bit tight, but clean. Breakfast is served at a nearby coffee shop, you get a voucher on arrival, nothing too substantial. Rooms are on main Street and are quite noisy, this is the main down side.Did not bother us as we are early risers. Overall a good stay & we would return if the opportunity arose.

A good-value base for exploring the old town, but be aware what you're getting

This is a great-value room in a convenient and quiet old town location. But don't expect any 'hotel' amenities on site - it's just a windowless room with a door opening directly on to the street. It's adequately furnished with a comfortable bed, a clean, modern bathroom and a separate shower enclosure. The air conditioning unit, which is essential, works well once you've got the hang of the controls. The only natural light is through a grille in the steel outer door, which is fine overnight but it's not a great place to spend time during the day. You get a voucher for breakfast, which is a simple but tasty coffee and croissant in a gelateria 200m away. It suited us fine for the two nights we stayed, long enough to explore the main places of interest in Bari.

Beautiful weekend in a beautiful City

Our room was perfect, right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the old town. About 5 steps away from the best focaccia shop in Bari!
The room was clean and very boutique, we even had coloured lights in the shower!
We had bottled water in the fridge, snacks and even a few choccies. Clean towels each day too.
Breakfast was provided in a bar just up the lane. Great cappuccino and a croissant. Will definitely stay again soon.

Non adatto alle nostre esigenze

Camera ricavata da un magazzino od una stalla,completamente ristrutturata e confortevole. Assenza di finestre, su strada sembra che le macchine che passano fuori entrino dentro! Non più previsto il servizio di colazione (quindi non si può definire B/B)Se dovessimo soggiornare di nuovo a Bari sicuramente non usufruireremmo di una struttura del genere.

Unzuverlässig

Lage absolut super im historischen Zentrum, Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern. Ich habe den Besitzer vormittags kontaktiert, er versprach eine Nachricht mit Adresse und allem übrigen zu schicken, nichts… habe im nochmals kontaktiert, er schrieb ok… es kam nichts. Dann haben wir telefoniert und eine Uhrzeit ausgemacht, die Adesse vom Internet. Habe ab dem vereinbarten Termin noch eine halbe Stunde mit meinem Fahrrad im Regen warten müssen. Nochmals angerufen, nichts… 20 min später gab er mir dann den Kode für den Schlüssel Leider sehr unzuverlässog der Mann.
