I booked last minute 2 hours before my arrival. The hostess was friendly and helpful to arrange late check-in. The room is very simple. In the common area there is a fridge and a microwave available for guests.

I give one star because I cannot give less. We slept in a basement, it smells of mold as soon as you go down the stairs, imagine in the room they call "prince." What could there be that smells? I felt like crying; fortunately, it was only for one night due to a concert. We immediately called the owner to request a change, but being very rude, she told us it was not possible. I am attaching the photos, which are certainly more comprehensive than any further comments I could make. The bidet does not exist; there is a contraption with a shower head at the sink. Precarious electrical system. Humidity everywhere. DO NOT GO; IT'S BETTER TO SLEEP IN THE CAR.

Never again. Top class of what?
Upon arrival at , at around 9.30 pm no one opened for us. On the phone the lady made it difficult for us. Eventually, he took the keys himself, we entered the triple room going downstairs. The shower head was falling all the time. The bathroom door handle was broken. No breakfast except a sad vending machine. A really bad experience.

Would not go back
The young girl at reception was very nice but didn't speak a single word of English which made even checking in very difficult. No hair dryer in the room and again, they could not understand when I asked for one. In 4 weeks stay in Italy & Sicily, Top Class was the only place we stayed that did not provide a hair dryer.
The place did not feel clean at all though can see it has potential. In the morning a woman was there, never smiled and actually made one feel uncomfortable but she did at least understand a few English words.
Overall opinion, NOT Top Class at all.
