Very nice B&B
The b&b is housed in an apartment on the second floor of a small building. Very clean structure and attention to detail. We occupied a double room with ensuite bathroom and balcony furnished with table and chairs.. The rooms are tastefully decorated and all equipped with air conditioning, complete bathroom kit, towels and hair dryer. The comfort of the b & b is definitely the kitchen for common use, complete with every comfort, with the possibility of using the fridge and freezer, as well as cooking, with 24h access. At guests' disposal coffee, water and everything necessary to prepare breakfast independently. Below the b&b there is a supermarket. We stayed in Arezzo because committed to the Equestrian Center, easily accessible from the B & B in ten minutes by car. Availability of free parking in the area. The only flaw is that the road is very noisy because it is busy and the fixtures are quite old, so if you do not have a deep sleep, you wake up easily. Recommended.

Much to improve
Located not far from the center , as soon as you arrive, at least me, you do not have a good impression, it is an apartment in a small building adapted to b & b ... the small room for 4 people, furnishings a bit 'old as the cobwebs that were in the bathroom .... there is no hairdryer ... there is a shower bag there is a personal cleaning kit .... you shower and if you are unlucky that others do it too the hot water does not come .... shower box that leaked water everywhere. in the morning at six o'clock the train begins to pass and the non-soundproof room makes you feel like you are at the station then comes back every 20 minutes and you no longer sleep ... icing on the back dogs in the small kitchen where you have breakfast.
For the price I paid I expected much more.
