A pleasant surprise in Anzio
I stayed at the TC Hotel in Anzio, and the experience was very positive. The facility is in a convenient location, surrounded by all the main services and ideal as a starting point for visiting the area.
The hotel proved to be clean, well-kept, and well-maintained, with tidy and welcoming environments. The staff was always available and courteous.
A special mention goes to the restaurant: truly excellent cuisine, with well-prepared dishes and attentive service. An added value that made the stay even more pleasant.
It is worth noting the excellent quality-price ratio, probably one of the strengths of the establishment. Overall, it is a solution that I recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking comfort, practicality, and good dining during a stay in Anzio.

The reviews are good because of the location obviously price not very high considering it is a one star clean there is no doubt even if there are expenses in a hotel I imagine it but some hotels should respect average prices based on stars and category our room broke the shower where the wall is and big compared to who gives you a small one obviously there is to say buffet breakfast not bad even if however I believe not everything is fresh they should be the cappuccino not bad not exceptional but decent in the meantime overall so-so but the location near the sea lido dei Pini near Anzio not bad there is a well-stocked grocery store a beautiful shop where there is everything branded clothes Armani plus next door a restaurant that must not be too bad obviously what do I have to tell you if you are looking for a hotel near the sea it is fine but I repeat it did not drive me crazy for the most part I do not know if I will return maybe for the price who knows yes

Vacation booked through Zoomarine
Booked 2 nights through Zoomarine a room for 2 people and a child, double bed made up of 2 single beds pushed together very uncomfortable that it felt like sleeping on a wooden board, because of the heat we turned on the air conditioning which without a directional flap was blowing directly on the little one who was sleeping, since there was a third bed we put the 2 and a half year old on it, the next day I get a message saying that since I had booked a double room a supplement will be applied for the extra bed (which no one had explained to us not to use)
In the evening when we explained what happened the lady told us that if she had known immediately she would have solved it but reading the other reviews it is more than normal to do so...
So let's tell the whole story, the room under the beds full of dust, shower that floods and you have to wash in flip-flops so as not to cut yourself, television that doesn't work from the remote control, air conditioner that blows cold air directly on the bed, upon payment of the supplements requested before leaving she asks us for an additional cost for the tourist tax by making a new transaction on the card.
I would say that from the photos that Booking or other sites show if you book through Zoomarine you have to settle for the most obsolete rooms in the hotel.

Not worth 3 stars!
I stayed at this hotel 2 days booking from zoomarine website. What about... Not worth 3 stars! There is no parking and / or if there is it is not clear if you can park in front but then not even a sign before entering the alley that warns you that there is a hotel. The staff is friendly and the lobby very nice and modern. Breakfast was good and good. But it is a hotel NOT suitable for disabled people or even for those who have strollers for children. How does a disabled person get on top in the rooms if they don't have a lift?! I had my husband helping me and the stairs were narrow, uncomfortable and dangerous to climb with a stroller. Great rooms and bathroom. The room had a small balcony. The most hateful thing... The dust, in absurd quantities. Under the beds there were accumulated fistfuls of dust. Yes, it's true, I booked 6 hours before arrival but it's your job to ALWAYS have everything clean and check the rooms before assigning it. Then, one evening, I call to confirm breakfast the next day and a girl at the reception "scolds" me for using the Third Party bed in the room. Absurd! This has never happened before. Also this time it is your job to assign the ONLY double room and / or warn me not to use the Third Party bed. Finally... At the check-out the receptionist didn't even know what I had to pay, except for my conscience and my seriousness I said what I had to pay. I don't know when it's been open but a lot of things need to be fixed. I would stay there only if so many things change!

Perfect stay, thanks to an exceptional staff!
My stay at the TC Hotel in Lido dei Pini was really pleasant. Special thanks go to Mrs. Tiziana and Federica as well as all the staff, who with their kindness and helpfulness have made every moment even more welcoming. Always smiling and ready to help, they really made a difference!
Breakfast is very good, with fresh produce and a nice variety. The location of the hotel is strategic, a few steps from the sea and convenient to reach the main destinations in the area. There is no private parking for guests but it is easy to find space in the surroundings.
I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for relaxation, courtesy and attentive Service. I will definitely be back!
