Heartfelt experience of warmth
Our visit at Zarafshon Parkside Hotel in Samarkand was truly exceptional and memorable from beginning to end.
A very special thank you goes to the General Manager, Mr. Can, whose genuine care, attention to detail, and warm hospitality can truly be felt throughout the entire property. It is rare to see such passion and dedication so visible in every corner of a hotel experience.
The dinner was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was prepared with great quality and creativity. The absolute highlights for us were the incredible eggplant millefeuille, the perfectly made carbonara, the juicy ribeye steak, and even the pizza, which was surprisingly excellent. The desserts were equally unforgettable, especially the apple pie and the mango pavlova, both beautifully balanced and delicious.
Beyond the food, the service team deserves huge recognition. The staff is incredibly attentive, genuinely friendly, professional, and always smiling. The cleanliness standards are impeccable, and everything in the hotel is maintained in perfect order.
One of the most breathtaking parts of the hotel is undoubtedly the garden. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful hotel gardens in Samarkand. The level of care and maintenance is extraordinary, with even trees imported from Japan creating a truly peaceful and unique atmosphere.
The fact that the hotel is located in a UNESCO heritage building makes the experience even more special, beautifully combining history, elegance, and hospitality.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Zarafshon Parkside Hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand. A truly beautiful property with soul, excellent cuisine, and outstanding people behind it.

We would certainly stay there again!
An excellent 5 star hotel. About 20 minutes walk from the Registan square but close enough to many other incredible attractions in Samarkand and close to a lovely park which leads to a number of shops, restaurants and cafes. Across the rod there is a small bar and restaurant which is handy. The reception staff are very helpful with advice and in meeting our needs. There is an ATM machine in the foyer providing money exchange. Buffet breakfast is great providing a wide variety of options. Our room was spacious and so was the spotless bathroom.

Super nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Only issue is no air conditioning in late March when 25 degrees out so a hit warm in room.
