Three star hotel in an area I don't recommend

The hotel is located in the centre of Montevideo, 150 metres from Av. 18 July
It is a 3-star hotel, with spacious rooms, with refrigerator and safe
The room was not clean, the floor under bed had papers.
Breakfast is basic, coffee in thermos, very artificial juices, fruit salad, cold cuts and scrambled eggs.
The staff is very friendly and attentive
The location of the hotel is the problem. By day it is more pleasant, but in the evening the streets are very dark, there are numerous people in street situation and some intoxicated that make one feel in danger
The price is according to the services.
But if I go back to Montevideo I would choose to stay elsewhere and not in the center

An excellent welcome by the whole staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable room, very good location.

Excellent value for money

Very good care, we went with family with a child under 3 years. The room is comfortable and with air, wifi, TV. Full bathroom with amenities. Excellent price/quality ratio. Breakfast is included and very close to the center

The room looked renovated. Air conditioning, refrigerator. Very good breakfast. Attention from staff, excellent. Car park available. Highly recommended
