They dont do what they promise
We went as couple in july, tried to ask them questions before we arrive, no answer to e-mail, catch them by phone, i speak russian, arranged the transport, so far it was good.
They made a so called security deposit from my creditcard, 85 EUR, promised to return if there is no complains on us, we heard no complains, no phonecalls, no e-mails, nothing and they didnt returned our security deposit of 85 EUR, just took it from my card.
When i tried to call them and ask why do you do like this, they acted like i wasnt there at all, asked who i am and when i was there and so on. They dont replay to e-mails, absolutley no communication what so ever.
My advice, dont go there, there are plenty of beatiful places in Odessa where you can go, avoid this place, this is not the way to do a business. They dont care about their reputation, customer is zero for them

Absolutely horrifying experience.
My girlfriend and I booked this place a month in advance. When checking out of another hotel to stay at these apartments, we followed the directions given, and ended up at a bank. After calling the number given numerous times, we were answered by a man that told us that they aren't sure if a room is available and they will call back when one is. WE HAD A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR OUR RESERVATION. After calling again hours later, the same man answered and told us that the guests who had our apartment went to the beach and there was nothing they could do except to wait. We both were carrying all our luggage around the city, me carrying my girlfriends heavy belongings because she could barely carry them anymore. 3 hours after we were suppose to be checked in, we got a call from a lady who said that we could check in at 7PM! That is 5 hours after we were suppose to! We received directions to another place, waited, went there at 7PM like we were told, no one was there and no one would answer the phone! They tried to charge my credit card(I received an email notification), canceled our stay(another email notification) and we ended up finding a local that sympathized for us and let us stay in one of his apartments. Horrible experience and we were scammed. Luckily I denied them charging the card or they would have charged us for our non-existent stay.

Goście proszeni są o wcześniejsze poinformowanie personelu obiektu o planowanej godzinie przyjazdu. W przypadku skrócenia pobytu obiekt nie zwraca płatności za pozostałe dni.
