It was a nice experience

It's a quite and cozy hotel. It has a courtyard entrance, so you don't have to worry about noises in the night, tho' hotel is situated really close to main square. The room itself was pretty big and clean. There were shampoos, shower gels, towels in the bathroom. The only disadvantage about room we had during our stay was lack of working heating. In end of September it is a problem.
Stuff in hotel was super helpful. They managed to check us in a bit earlier and after we checked out, receptionist let us to leave baggage in hotel's storage room for few hours, so we could see a bit more of city without bags in our hands.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing much special: scramble eggs, yogurt, bread with different kinds of spreads, coffee, tea, etc. Anyway, everything tasted good and fresh. Nothing I can complain about.
I would definitely visit Jam again.

No to dogs in hotels.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted with kindness and the room was ready an hour and a half before, without any surcharge. However, the air conditioner was not working, despite the technician's efforts to find the solution. In addition, a dog in the structure made it impossible to rest. After half an hour I decided to leave and was fully refunded. I was very kind given the delicate situation in Ukraine, but for this very reason people need to rest after the exhausting journey you have to make to reach that (wonderful) territory.

Lviv Central Jam Hotel

We have spent 1 niight in Lviv Central Jam Hotel. Breakfast was ok, room was clean and big. There were shampoo's, towels, soap in the toilet. There was extra bad for our 5 years old daughter . Receptionist was nice and she has called a taxi for us to the airport (around 170 hryvna)
Hotel is situated very close to the city center and Rynok Square.
The only thing which which I didn't like - no lift.
After check in you have to go with all your luggage's to the 4th floor.
We are traveling with young children so it would be nice to go by lift. But we managed, It was only a problem with all your stuff after check in or before the check out. During normal stay it's not a problem.
