Nice beach hotel
This place was fun. The hotel is a large house boat. I got a beach side room with a queen size bed. It was clean, comfortable. The girl at the front desk told us to place our breakfast order before 10pm. I ordered the Portuguese breakfast, which was delicious. Breakfast, pool access and beach access was all included in the room fee. I did pay an extra 200 grivnas for a poolside lounge chair. There were free ones on the beach but the ones by the pool were better so I paid. Great facilities, great restaurant, awesome hotel,and good deal for the money

Wake up to the Lovely Lake view
If you are visiting Kiev, which itself is very green, clean and beautiful, and you want to lodge in a place, where your mornings will show a lovely view of mother nature, lake, wooden rustic lodges, trees and cute children of owners families laughing and swimming, without breaking your bank account, this is the place. On the other hand popular things that you will enjoy are breakfast which is a craft work of a skilled chef with options of all European varieties, and pretty much organic and very wholesome. Often there`s live music in the evening, some weekends a DJ (and open mic) by the lovely swimming pool open air restaurant.
The Galera Hotel has a very helpful, energetic and courteous (reasonably English speaking) staff and responsibly maintained neat and beautiful rooms (all different from each other). And it is within 20 mins of drive form all Kiev attractions

Excellent Hotel and Wonderful Staff
Very nice location. The hotel is well maintained and the staffs are really friendly. Though the restaurant staffs does not speak English, the hotel receptionist helped us to introduce the restaurants specialities. We travelled as a group of 16 members (family, friends and kids) and everyone enjoyed the stay. The river view suite room is fantastic. We recommend Hotel Galera.

Excellent boat hotel complex. A must visit.
This hotel is an amazing boat hotel perfectly transformed. It is all so beautifully decorated and Set on a tucked away beach you would hardly know it was there.
I visited this boat hotel with my wife and two daughters on the 23rd of July 2017.
We stayed for 3 nights.
The rooms were amazing with
huge beds
Flat screen tvs
Mirrored wardrobes
Desk to work from if needed.
Telephone for room service 24 hours at a small fee.
Mini bar in every room at very reasonable prices, not at all over priced.
A window overlooking a beautiful sea view. If you ask for a room with sea view or garden view, you will not be dissapointed. Each view at every angle of this hotel has a great view.
The room also had air conditioning with remote control which works perfect.
The bathroom was amazing. We tried two different rooms, first we had a normal room with a bathroom of a really good size, with really clean feel free soaps and even a bidet.
When we upgraded to a bigger luxury room we had a mini apartment,
The bathroom was as big as the bedroom in the normal room only this time it had a hot tub Jacuzzi.
The sleeping area was it's own room with flat screen tv leading to a very private balcony.
Then we had a living area with a beautiful leather corner sofa that doubles up as beds. A huge round glass dinning table with tall chairs, and this cost so much less to upgrade and is worth it.
Exiting the hotel you walk along a pier passing a hot tub sauna room where you can jump into the water to cool down.
Then you walk along a long boat converted into a bar restaurant which serves the usual drinks and great cocktails.
The staff here are so friendly.
Past the bar there is there kitchen and what looks to be where the staff prepare food followed by barbeque area , stage and dance floor for live bands and entertainment.
Along all of this is seating areas under individual gazebos for eating alfresco. They offer great breakfasts and local cuisine at such good prices.
Along the beach front you have raised gazebos for sun bathing or getting out of the sun and relaxing which really give you a feel of luxury like your being taken care of. The staff around the beach area and maintenance are wearing striped T-shirts almost like there deck hands from boats giving this place a really good feel.
Waiters and waitresses are in black and white with aprons donning the galera logo.
This place is really beautiful and very young but one day I have a feeling this will be rated very high and earn it's stars effortlessly.

A new unusual hotel by the river
was first official customer here, so definitely got some perks from management.
all facilities are new here. location is very specific - on the bank of the Dnieper. some rooms have a very nice view.
they got a nice restaurant with local cuisine as well as grill&barbecue menu.
will definitely come back.
