My new favourite in Kyiv
Excellent friendly business as well private trips hotel. Good location at the southeast of Kyiv.
Close to Ipodrom M2 metro line station.
Friendly and helpful staff, you feel like at home.
Rooms facing the lake have awesome view on Holosiivski district.
Rooms are equipped at 5 stars hotel level, free coffee, tea, fridge, slippers, etc
Sport Centre with Olympic swimming pool, shopping centre, restaurants etc within 1-2 minutes walk

No parking, no one warns about it!! I'm also being made guilty for not knowing about it. Offer paid elsewhere

Everything's fine, except...
Stayed here 15-19.07.24 (room 1501). I'll try to give you an objective review.
I'll start with the cons:
1. Did not warn about the need for a hat in the pool (although asked several times and before checking in in tlf mode and upon arrival). As a result, Grandpa got to us in sportslife and rubbed his nose in the rules, it was unpleasant.
2. Air conditioning only works when there is light and then not at full capacity, the rooms are hot and noisy from the generator (despite the 15th floor)
3. The fridge in the room is a problem, it's absolutely not cold, we asked for a replacement and it's better.
4. The shower is directed directly into the shower door, which causes water to seep in and you have to line the towel so there are no puddles. I had to spin it a few times.
5. THERE'S NO FIRST AID KIT AT THE HOTEL. It all started when we got sick and ran out of water in the room. Tried calling reception at about 10 p.m. to see if they had two bottles. They called at least four times, no one answered or called back. I had to come down. There is water, but it pays 25 UAH per bottle. A little later, we got worse and called the front desk again to see if they had a thermometer. The young man, who was working on July 18 in the evening, promised to check and call back. Waited 15 minutes, no one called back, called themselves. To which he replied “let me see for a second”, i.e. he had not looked before. The thermometer was available, but we were asked to go downstairs to get it. When they came down, he asked twice for the thermometer back. He also said that they do not have any pills even the simplest antipyretics and there is no first aid kit as such. Of course, in the morning (at about 08:00), we returned the thermometer, to which the same guy did not say hello or how you feel. Just silently took that away. When he was gone, there was a nice young man with glasses.
Pros of the hotel:
1. Infrastructure: Nearby, everything you need, including good restaurants, pharmacies, a lake with a park, supermarkets and more.
2. Nice spacious rooms. Cleaned well, BUT the dust on the back of the bed wasn't wiped. Otherwise everything is great, daily cleaning + changing drinking water. The maids are polite. The hall is clean everywhere, the elevator too.
3. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and comfortable. Despite complaints from other guests about low noise insulation, we weren't disturbed. Apparently just lucky or reviews exaggerated (lived on the 15th floor, corner room on the left overlooking the lake). Although when our neighbours summoned (as we thought) women with low social responsibility, it was noisy.
4. The staff is competent and friendly (other than the staff member described above).
In summary. Overall score 3.8 out of 4. Wanted to give it a 4, but ruined the night with that attitude. Work with the employee and tell them about hospitality and empathy for people. + Don't be petty to the guests. If you work with the condensers, you can put 4.5
I gave you a 4 because I'm drowning for service in Ukraine and I don't want to put sticks in the wheels. Development and success for you.

Excellent hotel in quiet area, ideal for business visitors
This is our preferred hotel while visiting Kyiv. Not centrally located but in a quiet area with plenty of parking. Very good restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and with an excellent en-suite. There’s a large park with lake and running trail for those wanting exercise. Excellent value for money

Definitely, the best value for money I found for this trip! It is far little bit from the center, so if you plan your activities there keep in mind you'll need to take a taxi.
The room was clean and big room, kind stuff ready to fulfill almost any request.
