HIDDEN SUITES WITH GOOD SERVICES
Their breakfast was good with a variety of eats The katongo was on point i have to say.
the highlight of my stay was finding our car washed very well in the morning at no extra cost.
i will definately recommend these suites for a good night stay.

Won't honor your reservations.
This was a great hotel and I was excited to stay there, had a great tour from the manager and reserved rooms for our visit 7 weeks later.
Less than a week before our scheduled check it, he texted to say he didn't know when the current guests would leave so we couldn't stay there. There have been many phone calls and the manager has not been able to resolve the issue. Disappointing to find out these others have been there for weeks but he didn't bother telling them others were coming and had reservations.
Go ahead and book a room, but good luck showing up and having a place to sleep, clearly the ones with reservations and honoring their commitments are not a priority to the staff here.
